Agents are a read-only mirror of your HighLevel Voice AI configuration.
Agents come from HighLevel
This Copilot doesn't author agents — it mirrors them. We pull each Voice AI agent, its Agent Studio flow graph, and its call logs from HighLevel, then layer our evaluation (success criteria, conformance, findings) on top. There is no local create form, and we never write back to GHL.
Sync from HighLevel
- 1Mirror agents. We fetch every Voice AI agent and its flow graph from your location.
- 2Ingest calls. Call logs and timed transcripts (LIVE + TRIAL) are pulled and normalized.
- 3Evaluate. Open an agent's Eval tab to run analysis and see conformance against its expected flow.
Re-running a sync is safe — existing agents and calls are de-duplicated by id.
